Big Canoe Digital - Refund and Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to paid services purchased from Big Canoe Digital.

Professional Services

Big Canoe Digital sells professional services, not physical products. Our services may involve time, research, strategy, analysis, preparation, consulting, creative work, account review, planning, and custom recommendations.

Because our work is service-based and often begins soon after payment, refunds are limited.

Payment

Payment terms are listed on the applicable checkout page, invoice, proposal, statement of work, or written agreement.

Unless otherwise stated, payment is due before work begins.

Cancellations Before Work Begins

If you request cancellation before work has started, Big Canoe Digital may issue a refund, minus any payment processing fees or administrative costs.

To request cancellation, contact us as soon as possible at info@bigcanoedigital.com.

Refunds After Work Begins

Once work has started, payments are generally non-refundable.

Work may include research, account review, website review, strategy development, planning, setup, analysis, writing, design, communication, meetings, consulting, reporting, or other service-related activity.

Delayed Information or Access

If a project is delayed because requested information, approvals, materials, or account access have not been provided, the delay does not automatically qualify for a refund.

Big Canoe Digital will make reasonable efforts to communicate what is needed to continue the service.

No Refunds for Performance Outcomes

Refunds are not provided because expected business outcomes are not achieved.

Marketing and ecommerce performance depends on many factors outside our control, including your products, pricing, website, competition, market conditions, ad budget, customer demand, tracking accuracy, offer strength, and execution.

Duplicate Payments or Billing Errors

If you believe you were charged by mistake or made a duplicate payment, contact us at info@bigcanoedigital.com.

We will review the issue and correct verified billing errors.

Service Credits

In some cases, Big Canoe Digital may offer a service credit instead of a refund. Service credits are provided at our discretion and must be approved in writing.
