These Terms of Service apply to paid services provided by Big Canoe Digital. By purchasing a service, approving a proposal, submitting payment, or engaging Big Canoe Digital, you agree to these terms.

  • SEO strategy and review
  • Website strategy and improvement
  • Conversion optimization
  • Email marketing strategy
  • Analytics and tracking review
  • Audits, consulting, and growth planning


Specific services, deliverables, timelines, and fees may vary depending on the service purchased, proposal, invoice, statement of work, checkout page, or written agreement.

Client Responsibilities

To complete services properly, you may need to provide accurate and timely information, approvals, content, access, and materials. This may include website access, advertising account access, analytics access, ecommerce platform access, business information, product details, brand assets, or other materials needed to complete the work.

Delays in providing requested information, access, approvals, or materials may delay delivery.

Payment

Payment terms are listed on the applicable service page, checkout page, invoice, proposal, statement of work, or written agreement.

Unless otherwise stated, payment is due before work begins.

Big Canoe Digital may pause or delay services if payment is not received on time.

No Guarantee of Results

Big Canoe Digital provides strategy, recommendations, analysis, execution, and consulting based on professional judgment and available information.

We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, including sales, leads, revenue, rankings, traffic, conversion rates, return on ad spend, profitability, or return on investment.

Third-Party Platforms

Our work may involve third-party platforms such as Google, Meta, Shopify, WordPress, Klaviyo, analytics tools, advertising platforms, email platforms, SEO tools, CRM systems, or other software providers.

Big Canoe Digital is not responsible for outages, policy changes, platform errors, account restrictions, tracking issues, billing changes, algorithm changes, reporting discrepancies, or performance changes caused by third-party platforms.

Client Content and Access

You are responsible for making sure you have the right to use any content, images, logos, data, product information, account access, or materials you provide to Big Canoe Digital.

You are also responsible for maintaining ownership and administrative access to your own accounts, domains, platforms, websites, and advertising accounts unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Confidentiality

Big Canoe Digital will take reasonable care to protect confidential business information you share with us.

Confidential information does not include information that is publicly available, already known to us, independently developed, or received from another source without a confidentiality obligation.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Big Canoe Digital retains ownership of its processes, frameworks, templates, strategies, methods, internal documents, and general know-how.

After full payment, you may use final deliverables prepared specifically for your business for your internal business purposes.

Changes to Scope

If you request work outside the original scope, additional fees may apply.

Big Canoe Digital may recommend additional services, but you are not required to purchase additional services unless you choose to do so.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Big Canoe Digital is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, lost opportunities, or business interruption.

Our total liability for a paid service will not exceed the amount paid for that specific service.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page.
